9. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are normally processed within 10 business days.

Please note that banks, credit card companies, and other payment providers may require additional time to process and display the refund in your account.
